Closets by Design, an industry leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of home improvement products such as closets, offices, garage systems, and other organizational systems for the home. We currently have an immediate opportunity for a qualified Marketing Assistant.

Required education: Bachelor's
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing day-to-day advertising placements
- Communicate order status updates to the Franchise Owners
- Facilitate the creation of ads with the graphic artists to ensure deadlines are met
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements, and assisting with meeting planning
- Tracking program performance
- Set up of new franchise location information in our internal system and within our website and social media platform
- Hands on assistance with trade show and event planning
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years marketing or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal & writing communication skills
- Self-starter with high level of attention to detail
- Open to "other duties as assigned"
- Able to multi-task and keep track of several projects at one time.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; must be efficient with Excel
- College degree preferred
