Position Summary
The Influencer Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in growing Electrolit’s presence by collaborating with influencers and creators to bring our brand to life. You will be responsible for identifying the right partnerships, managing influencer relationships, and driving impactful campaigns that align with our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a knack for building authentic connections and delivering measurable results.
Location/Region: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Principal Duties
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs)
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives
- Develop creative influencer campaign briefs, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of influencer content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more
- Manage influencer onboarding, including contracts, deliverables, and compliance with FTC guidelines
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions, to measure ROI
- Monitor influencer-generated content for quality, brand alignment, and engagement, providing feedback or adjustments when necessary
- Manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing campaign impact
- Travel as needed to attend industry events, influencer meetups, content shoots, or conferences to build relationships and oversee campaign execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and trends
- Knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) and their content formats
- Understanding of audience targeting, brand alignment, and content marketing principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with influencers and secure partnerships
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and ROI
- Ability to identify and vet influencers who align with brand values and campaign objectives
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with campaign requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2-4 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns across multiple platforms
- Basic understanding of contracts, FTC guidelines, and influencer disclosure requirements • Experience in the beverage of consumer goods industry is a plus
Other Requirements
- Able and willing to travel (Travel up to 40% - 50%)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
