The Promotional Marketing Specialist will plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns across in-person events and select digital touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign assets, train brand ambassadors, track KPIs, and optimize initiatives to meet client goals and timelines.
Responsibilities Plan and execute promotional and experiential campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting. Coordinate event logistics (permits, vendors, staffing, materials, timelines, budgets). Develop talking points, product demos, and training for field teams and brand ambassadors. Partner with creative to produce promotional assets (booth collateral, leave-behinds, scripts). Manage on-site activations, ensure brand standards, and resolve real-time issues. Track KPIs (reach, engagements, leads, redemptions, CTRs) and deliver performance reports. Source and manage partnerships with venues, community groups, and local organizations. Maintain inventory of promotional materials and oversee shipments. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety guidelines, and client requirements. Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. 2+ years in promotional, field, or experiential marketing (agency or brand-side). Proven experience managing events, budgets, vendors, and on-site teams. Strong copywriting and presentation skills; detail-oriented project management. Comfortable with analytics dashboards and CRM/lead-capture tools. Ability to lift and transport event materials as needed and work occasional evenings/weekends. Valid driver's license and ability to travel for regional activations. Additional Information
