Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Overview:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to help execute marketing strategies, manage projects, and contribute to the development of campaigns that effectively promote our products. This role will provide exposure to various aspects of marketing, from digital campaigns to event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and in-store channels.
- Help maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, emails, newsletters, and blog posts.
- Monitor social media platforms, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers.
- Coordinate and assist with the planning of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and prepare reports for the marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing marketing assets.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of marketing software (e.g., MailChimp, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools.
