Who You Are The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of various marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving engagement. This entry-level role is perfect for a creative and motivated individual who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, SEO, and Google AdWords. Working in a hybrid environment, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team while enjoying the flexibility of remote and in-office work. What You'll Do Assist in creating engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Manage and optimize the company’s social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance the company website’s search engine ranking. Monitor and manage Google AdWords campaigns, ensuring they align with marketing goals and budgets. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in content creation, SEO, social media marketing, and Google AdWords (internships or academic projects are acceptable). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
