This company located in Los Angeles is an institutional asset management firm overseeing U.S. and global value equity and high yield portfolios for clients worldwide. The firm currently manages approximately $33 billion in assets and is majority owned by its management and employees.

They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Associate - Marketing and Client Service
with a strong understanding of investment marketing, knowledge of financial products, and proficiency in relevant software tools. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and updating marketing materials for their investment strategies and mutual funds while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The position is located in Los Angeles and offers a hybrid of in-office and work-from-home flexibility.
Specific Responsibilities Include
Assist in the development and maintaining marketing materials to promote their investment products.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create compelling content, including factsheets, quarterly commentaries, presentations, and digital assets.
Assist in the review and approval process for marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Assist in the organization and execution of client events, conferences, and webinars to promote mutual fund products.
Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and materials for presentations and meetings.
Provide support for ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as needed, such as ordering business cards, holiday cards, staff gifts, and firm-logoed items.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional presentations.
Experience with graphic design software with the ability to design visually appealing marketing materials.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Experience with investment products and knowledge of financial markets is a plus. ****
Additional skills
Proficiency with graphic design software (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually engaging presentations and marketing materials, enhancing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus as part of a total compensation package which also includes company sponsored benefit programs. Base salary is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, and market factors.
