We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team in the wholesale dental supply industry. This position will support our marketing department in executing both print and digital marketing projects, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, a collaborative mindset, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects. Responsibilities: Marketing Project Management Coordinate and execute campaigns across print and digital channels. Assist with the production of collateral, including brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and social media content. Monitor and update project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure branding consistency and high-quality deliverables. Vendor Relations Develop and maintain relationships with key vendor partners to ensure effective collaboration and smooth operations. Coordinate with vendors to manage costs, timelines, and deliverables. Track and manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and budget adherence. Event Coordination and Management Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events. Oversee event logistics, including location booking, catering, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination. Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for attendees. Conduct post-event analysis to measure success and gather insights for future events. Digital Assist in the management of digital channels, including website updates, email marketing, and social media. Support SEO efforts, including keyword research and basic content optimization. Collect and analyze data on campaign performance and assist in generating regular reports to track effectiveness. Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to the department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing files. Assist in tracking budgets and expenses to maintain accurate financial records. Manage inventory of materials, coordinating reorders as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a support role, ideally within a B2B environment. Strong understanding of digital and print strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
