Do you enjoy crafting compelling content, managing campaigns, and collaborating with teams to achieve marketing goals? As a Marketing Associate, you will serve a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence. From crafting compelling content to executing data-driven campaigns, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing success.What You'll Do: Execute marketing projects related to the Lease-up or takeover of owned and fee-managed communities.Execute marketing projects related to the ongoing operation of owned and fee-managed communities.Execute, revise, and help monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and goals.Develop engaging and relevant content for different marketing materials, such as social media updates, emails, videos, and more.Support the launch and upkeep of corporate and property websites. Content maintenance, accessibility, and SEO strategies to improve the website's search engine ranking and increase organic traffic.Contribute to building and reinforcing a strong brand identity, purpose, and client engagement across all marketing materials and touchpoints.Support in the development of online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, & Account Based Marketing (ABM) and track their performance.Assist in supporting online reputation management key performance indicators and proposes short-term and long-term targets for improved online reputation for both Flaherty & Properties corporate identity and F&C-owned and fee-managed communities.Support in the development of request for proposal (RFP) generation based on design standard template for FLCO.Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including event coordination and execution (company events, groundbreakings, etc.)Provide support for upkeep of marketing closet inventory management and webstore.Maintain organized marketing files in SharePoint.Update the F&C Intranet page on SharePoint on a timely basis to keep content fresh and teams engaged.Serve as internal point of contact to webstore provider for billing questions and project questions.What Makes You a Great Fit: A bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, communications, or a related field.2+ Years of experience in the Multi-family/Apartment Industry.2+ Years of experience in a Marketing role with proven social media content creation, using Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Ads/Analytics experience.You have experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.You're detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.You're a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with teams.Benefits Package: Health Benefits: Medical, Vision & Dental InsuranceWellness Benefits: Employee Assistance ProgramVirtual Doctor VisitsRetirement Planning: 401k program with a company matchEmployer-Paid Life InsurancePaid Time Off- Personal Time, Birthday, Diversity Day, and 8.5 Holidays.Paid Parental LeaveRental DiscountsIndustry MembershipsCompany EventsVolunteer OpportunitiesEmployer-Paid Training & CertificationsEmployee Referral ProgramBonus OpportunitiesFlaherty & Collins Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
