Assist Sales Leader with providing salessubjectmatterexpertiseandambassadorforthedesignatedhotelsalesteam. Generate and revise scope of work, quotes,proposalsand contracts based on the needs of venue leads requiring AV products and services. UtilizetheCompany's proprietarysalesprocessasdirectedbyCustomer Experienceand/orVenueLeadership,includingtheprequalificationofleads,quotegeneration, timely contract confirmations, pricing and service negotiations, follow-up, and more. BuildadeepknowledgeofPinnacleLive'sproductsandofferings;displayapassionfor learningand understanding new technologies. Provide hotel leads with necessary resources, i.e., layouts, renderings and visuals, product suggestions, etc. EnterallpertinentclientinformationintoPinnacleLive'sCRMplatform anddevelopanddrive an individual sales strategy that includes individual and team funnel, and sales activityreporting. Communicate and collaborate effectively with the In-Venue Sales Leadership team and Pinnacle Live Leadership. Focusonbuildingoutstandingrelationships,linesofcommunication,andtrustwithinthehotel sales team and Pinnacle Live internal teams. RepresentPinnacleLiveandhotelvenueduring any assigned planningmeetings,pre-convention and debrief meetings. Deliver"GoldStandard"customerexperiencesthroughoutthesalesprocess,eventexecution, and post-event follow-up. Manageaccurateandtimelybillingofeventsandclients. Performotherdutiesasassigned Education & Experience:
Minimumof two(2) year of experienceinacustomer servicefacingrole;prior Sales experience in the Hospitality Industrypreferred ProficiencyinCRMplatforms,abilitytogeneratehigh-qualityinsightsintosalesactivityandprogress ProductionandStagingexperiencearepreferred ScenicandDecorexperienceispreferred Rigging,Electrical,andExhibitexperienceispreferred, but notnecessary Required Skills & Knowledge: Toperformthisjobsuccessfully,anindividualmustbe abletoperformeachessentialdutysatisfactorily.
