MARKETING TECHNOLOGY ANALYST - WASHINGTON, DC (HYBRID)
We are anticipating an opening for a Marketing Technology Analyst in the coming weeks and are beginning our search for qualified candidates. This long-term contract position, based in Washington, DC with a hybrid schedule, will support the marketing team by managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms, analyzing data to drive insights, and enhancing marketing automation processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies.
Support the implementation and enhancement of marketing automation workflows.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across marketing systems.
Assist in identifying new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and engagement.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance measurement.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and data teams.
Knowledge of data governance and best practices for marketing analytics.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in nonprofit or membership-based organizations.
Familiarity with customer segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
Working knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics, or other data visualization tools.
