IT Engagements is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. We have an immediate opening for the position of Enterprise Account Manager (Audio/Visual) with one of our premium clients.
Territory Location: Tri-State area, Washington, D.C., or Crofton, MD
Position Type: Permanent; Direct hire
Residency Requirements: US Citizens and Green card holders only.
Job Summary:
As an Enterprise Account Manager, your principal responsibility is to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones. You will demonstrate prior experience with a successful history of building long-term strategic relationships with Enterprise-type customers.
Role And Responsibilities:
- Achievement of your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales booking goals.
- Create lead generation through creative and aggressive prospecting for new prospects and the company's customer base as assigned in Salesforce.
- Develop and build a strong sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
- Promote all company Products and Services.
- Create and drive sales opportunities for the company's Managed Video Experience (MVE) Services.
- Proactively review existing inactive customer relationships and look for upsell opportunities.
- Pursue transactional (Box) sales opportunities.
- Become comfortable in a presentation setting with promoting the company value proposition across all services.
- Work effectively in a team environment, acting as a liaison with all other departments.
- Compile and prepare sales proposals, presentations, and PDF overviews that illustrate the company's experience, portfolio, and strengths.
- Participate in Customer presentations and quarterly business reviews.
- Participate in key manufacturer training and review literature to competently present effective solutions.
- Effectively review bid specifications, outlining the company requirements, deadlines, and risks.
- Provide support ensuring that customer and prospect requests and deadlines are met.
- Support the Order Processing submission process, compiling a complete package for successful proposals.
- 5 years’ minimum experience as a successful AV seller.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to learn about new technologies and products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills.
- Superior time management skills.
- Audiovisual installation and venue/event management experience is preferred.
- Applicable manufacturer training and certifications are preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documents.
- Ability to present information to management, public groups, and/or clients.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
