Naviga has been retained to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences, including solo attorneys and small to mid-sized law firms.
- Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including advertising, social media, event planning, swag campaigns, and material creation.
- Lead a team of two marketing professionals and provide mentorship and guidance.
- Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, X, and Google My Business.
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, and other software to optimize marketing efforts.
- Create detailed marketing reports and present them quarterly to the Board of Directors.
- Represent the company at industry events, fostering stakeholder relationships and maintaining a professional public image.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including management or leadership roles.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Demonstrated strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content and clear reports.
- Ability to create and present performance reports to executive leadership.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the legal or insurance industry is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
