Pay Range: $65 - $68 per hour on W2
Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Writer with a strong background in SOPs, regulations, and document control to develop and deliver consistent and compliant process documentation within a regulated environment. This role demands an ability to write, edit, maintain, and manage internal documentation with minimal supervision, thriving in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management and communication skills, playing a pivotal role in ensuring documentation compliance and supporting cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, edit, and maintain internal process documentation adhering to company and regulatory guidelines. Provide writing support and collaborate with SMEs across different departments for the transformation of processes to new templates. Design and maintain process documentation flow charts. Ensure all documentation complies with quality, document control, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) standards. Act as a lead writer, mentor other writers, and participate in regular training on regulatory compliance issues. Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, and the ability to understand/create flow charts. Strong proficiency in writing, editing, and managing content within a regulated environment. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Industry Experience:
Prior experience in the medical devices or a regulated industry is required, ensuring a deep understanding of the specific documentation and compliance challenges within such fields. Note:
This position is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week on-site and is open only to candidates within the local time zone. Candidates will undergo a three-round Zoom interview process.
