Job Description - Global Field Marketing Manager Client Tanzu Field Marketing Managers play a critical role in helping our sales teams build and sustain customer relationships while driving the adoption of Client Tanzu solutions to achieve our revenue goals. As Client's number one priority, the Modern Application Platforms Business Unit (Tanzu) has a bold mission—catalyze enterprise transformation through software. At the center of telling this narrative and empowering sales is Field Marketing. And we're hiring! We are looking to add a new member to our small, but mighty, Field Marketing team, who will work closely with our regional sales leaders to build and execute a complete field marketing plan for the Global segment. This person will collaborate with the global marketing team, manage and execute field events, and implement demand generation campaigns across these segments within our sales org. As a team, we measure success by pipeline development, lead generation, and sales success...and we have a lot of fun while doing it. Responsibilities:
Developing localized demand generation strategies that reliably produce leads and builds pipeline, ultimately helping sales reach their booking targets. Planning, managing, and executing all aspects of our streamlined field marketing events and programs (roundtables, networking events, workshops, etc - virtual and in person when possible). Joining weekly sales calls to provide marketing updates and personalized marketing reports. Working closely with BDR team to streamline messaging and create impactful, pipeline generating programs. Understanding what activities are meaningful to the business and appropriately prioritizing requests from sales.
