Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify and build full-funnel marketing strategies designed to deliver profitable growth.
- Establish a framework for growth with the intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across the lines of business.
- Partner with the internal data & analytics team to lead the reporting of performance, financial profitability, and test results.
- Construct and manage a robust test and learn agenda to maximize production while driving efficiency and profitability.
- Partner with content, creative, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to optimize efforts and drive incremental value.
- Research and monitor competitor activity.
- Deep working experience with digital marketing channels such as email marketing, in-app notifications, paid search, paid social, targeted display, affiliate, and emerging platforms.
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing campaigns and an ability to analyze and articulate how upper and mid-funnel tactics contribute to improved lower-funnel performance (media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution).
- Experience in creating consumer go-to-market plans in a results-driven environment, improving metrics across acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing engagement, all with a highly data-driven, customer-centric approach.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- A self-motivated, energetic, and self-directed learner with high intellectual curiosity.
- High-powered interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Consumer Marketing Experience.
- Certified Brand Manager or MBA
