Join our team and come grow with us.Vice President, Channel Marketing Strategy, Individual Markets Global Atlantic Financial Group is seeking an experienced sales, marketing, and communications professional to lead the Sales Channel Marketing team for our Individual Markets’ Annuity business. Incumbent will lead a team of marketing strategists who are responsible for determining the projects and activities that enable Financial Professional and Distributor awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our broker dealer and independent market segments. The incumbent will work alongside sales and marketing leadership team to prioritize strategic and tactical initiatives that drive the organization’s sales strategy and impact revenue objectives for Global Atlantic. Position reports to the Managing Director, Head of Client Marketing and Digital Solutions.Responsibilities are to define, lead and execute marketing strategy to support continued growth of Individual Markets’ Annuity and Preneed businesses. This includes:Define strategy for amplification of brand product messaging across marketing and sales channels for product lines in Individual Markets organization.Partner with Individual Markets Sales leadership to collaborate on creative and innovative ideas for advertising, marketing campaigns, awareness-building and sales enablement that are aligned with the values, messaging, and story of Global Atlantic.Align the channel marketing team with the overall marketing structure by encouraging consistent collaboration with the rest of the marketing and sales teams.Coach marketing strategists in the co-creation of sales enablement activity and campaign content with channel partners that address customer pain points and helps partners weave their own value proposition into the narrative.Manage governance/prioritization of Marketing activities and communicate expectations to sales channel partners and marketing strategists; Provide enablement support for efficient execution and utilize test and learn strategies.Collaborate with Performance Marketing leader to set up an effective lead management process and identify performance metrics to measure impact.Develop strategic relationships across the organization including Sales Leadership, Sales Desk, Sales Operations, Product and Compliance.Lead the development and implementation of Go-to-Market strategies and resources for new product and firm launches.Partner with Product, Legal and Compliance leaders to ensure marketing and advertising content meet proper guidelines.QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEA bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is required. Advanced degree recommended.10 – 15+ years of related experience. Experience in sales and marketing of annuity products is required.OTHER QUALIFICATIONSAbility to develop strong working relationships with sales partners.Ability to understand and simplify complex products, sales concepts, and strategies.Experienced in developing marketing campaigns, launching new products, managing portfolio of existing materials, websites, and other resources.Crafting and articulating a marketing strategy that aligns to sales goals and key marketing metrics.Demonstrated skills that include creating high impact messages, visuals and demonstrating outcomes and insights through metrics and the voice of customer.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Problem-solving skills, professionalism, and judgment.Ability and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Ability to mentor/coach other team members toward achieving a shared goal.Strong collaborator, self-starter with a strong work ethic.This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Global Atlantic reserves the right to modify the qualifications and requirements for this position to accommodate business needs and regulatory changes.
