ABOUT THE POSITION
:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by coordinating various activities to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, data analysis, sales and marketing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and marketing initiatives. The role will help drive Direct Retail, Online, ASI, and Green Grass Objectives. They must also be effective communicators to teach and administer company values.
RESPONSIBILITIES :Manages creation, maintenance, organization and distribution of core collateral such as price lists, sales policies and other documentsWorks directly with assigned accounts to develop relationships and educate on product offeringsAssists in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales and marketing data. Generates reporting as needed.Coordinates the creation, organization and maintenance of marketing collateral and promotional materials.Prepares and distributes internal and external notices and communicates with clients, vendors, and partners as neededUpdates sales presentations as needed for key account presentationsConducts market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.Responsible for item-level data integrity within internal systemsAnalize and create weekly summary of POS Results.Ship and coordinate sample programs for retailers and distributor network.Assist in follow-up materials from customer meetings.Build relationships with current customer base.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Strong organizational and multitasking skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from dataExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteProven experience in a sales or marketing support roleKnowledge of golf preferredSKILLS/PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
