We have an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator, PR in our Wine & Spirits Practice based in New York.

From craft whiskeys to elegant wines, to restaurants, luxury hotels and resorts, culinary products, and chefs, we have an exciting roster of clients for which we are seeking a talented Account Coordinator, PR at to join our Wagstaff team at our New York location and dedicated to our Wine & Spirits Practice. Is this you?

• Minimum of an undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts) in communications, journalism, English or related field
• Bonus: prior internship(s) or job-related experience in PR or communications, marketing or related fields
• Wine & spirits / bar / restaurant industry experience or knowledge a plus
• Strong news writing and reporting proficiency
• Strong detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and juggle projects effectively
• Self-motivated and resourceful
• Ability to learn quickly
• Creative and high energy
• Results-oriented
• Effective judgment and ability to anticipate, spot and fix problems
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Computer proficiency and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Cision, MuckRack and other PR programs a bonus
• Good sense of humor and a love for food, drink and hospitality is a must!

Salary range: $46,000-$48,000
