Role Overview As part of the Client Experience (CX) Team, you will lead the firm’s CX communications strategy and client-facing projects. This dynamic role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and expertise in change and program management. Responsibilities Client Communications:
Develop and execute strategic communication plans supporting business goals and CX initiatives, including managing communications for platforms like the Client Portal, Payment Portal, and HubSync. Transformation Program Management:
Lead client-related enterprise projects, collaborating with Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure successful rollouts and providing feedback to leadership. Client Satisfaction:
Implement feedback programs, analyze data, and report findings to improve client satisfaction and retention strategies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in communications strategy, marketing, business operations, or client experience, preferably in professional services or B2B environments. Preferred Skills and Experience Strong organizational skills, adaptability, problem-solving, and change management experience. Excellent communication, analytical skills, and relationship-building capabilities. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytics tools, Monday.com, CRM software, and eagerness to learn new platforms like AI tools, HubSpot, and BI dashboards.
