Position Overview: Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Marketing Manager for The Farnam, Autograph Collection in Omaha, NE. The Marketing Manager will support marketing initiatives of the hotel, restaurants, and property outlets, providing a fast-paced learning environment with direct oversight and influence of marketing actions.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support traditional and digital marketing initiatives:
- Copywriting and design for marketing materials, as necessary.
- Ensure visual and written brand integrity of content for property and restaurants.
- Facilitate the creation of signage, mockups, email campaigns, and online promotions as needed.
- Monitor, maintain and publish up-to-date content on listings including Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, OpenTable, and others.
- Stay abreast of new tools and trends and make recommendations for new initiatives.
- Coordinate, promote, and assist in the management of restaurant and property outlets, activations, and events.
- Manage social media and online reputation programs.
- Support administrative marketing tasks.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Preferred Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Related Field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working in marketing or advertising; prior experience with hotel and restaurant industry a plus.
