We are looking for a Coordinator for a top TV & Film Production company in Los Angeles, CA!

Responsibilities: The Coordinator role will support the network's Mastering team in managing and distributing network title information. We need this position to support our team of three as we manage 52 series and 2,882 episodes. This individual will play a key role in maintaining details related to current shows, including post schedules, updates, delivery delays, and replacements, for localization and servicing teams across all territories. This will enable the team to focus on rejections, show setups, and decision-making. It will improve efficiency, reduce errors, and keep all team updated with incoming assets. Required Qualifications: 2-3 year mastering and post-production experience Airtable - need to have Analytic, Detail-Oriented and Works Well Under Pressure Proactive, Works independently, takes direction well Highly organized If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
