About the Role
The Advertising Coordinator supports advertising strategies for clients and internal campaigns. This entry- to mid-level role suits someone organized, creative, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
- Assist in developing advertising materials and creative assets
- Track and report campaign performance and analytics
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
- Maintain communication with clients, media outlets, and vendors
- Monitor advertising trends and recommend campaign improvements
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing related to advertising
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in marketing or advertising support (internships included)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
- Creative thinking and teamwork skills
