Do you thrive with a range of interesting assignments? Essential Functions - What You Will Do Leading the development and production of RFP/RFQ responses and interview presentation materials. Orchestrating corporate presence at industry conferences, including sponsorship coordination and attendee registration. Supporting event marketing initiatives, including setup, engagement strategies, communications, and on-site coordination. Developing and tracking KPIs for business development activities and campaign performance. Maintaining and optimizing CRM database and lead management systems. Creating and updating technical marketing collateral, including staff bios, case studies, and company capabilities statements. Strategizing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Managing branded merchandise and corporate gifting programs. Organizing internal knowledge-sharing sessions and client-facing events. Conducting competitive analysis as well as client and market research. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistent marketing execution across all office locations. Deliver value! Do you strive for excellence and like to help others succeed? Competencies and Qualifications - What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field strongly desired. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or professional services industries. Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to handle multiple deadlines. Strong business writing and presentation skills with attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred. Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, including principals, consultants, and clients. Reach your potential!
