What Youll Do As our Marketing Assistant , youll play a key role in supporting marketing efforts across channelsfrom content development to campaign coordinationwhile also jumping in to support live events when needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, and print) Create and edit marketing materials including decks, presentations, signage, and collateral Support social media scheduling, content creation, and community engagement Keep brand assets, marketing resources, and content libraries organized and up to date Coordinate logistics for activations and events, including vendor communication and inventory Help track marketing performance metrics and compile post-campaign reports Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and client touchpoints Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and aligned messaging Who You Are Youll be a great fit if youre: Early in your career12 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships count!)
