JOIN US as a Marketing Coordinator and seize the opportunity to work in a high-tech, specialist company collaborating with top global names in aerospace, medical, semiconductor, and clean energy. This newly created, stand-alone marketing role reports to the VP Innovation and allows a bright, creative self-starter to help shape our marketing function, communications, and events calendar.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Marketing strategy development and execution
- Develop a robust marketing strategy for Winbro in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and promote new business opportunities
- Ensure strategies are tailored to target market segments, focusing on digital marketing, social media, and other communication channels
- Coordinate with leadership, sales, and service teams to ensure successful product launches
- Create launch plans that include content, campaigns, and events to drive product awareness and adoption
- Develop or oversee the creation of high-quality content, such as case studies, customer testimonials, and customer-pitch decks
- Plan, organize, and host customer events to enhance brand visibility and relationships
- Prepare and present regular updates on campaign performance, including insights, metrics, and actionable recommendations to senior management
- Act as a professional representative exceeding customer expectations in interactions
- Drive initiatives to grow brand visibility through innovative campaigns and customer engagement strategies
Requirements:
We are looking for an energetic and creative marketer with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar and a minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience.
