Leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing data strategy. Defining, tracking, and reporting on key marketing KPIs. Working with marketing, sales, and finance leadership to set goals. Analyzing the performance and attribution of all marketing channels, including paid, organic, email, social, and content, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization. Designing and executing A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve marketing performance. Developing and maintaining intuitive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. Gathering, normalizing, and integrating data from various sources, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and social media platforms. Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to help develop customer-centric strategies and drive data-informed decision-making. Proactively identifying areas for data improvement and automation, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency. Staying abreast of the latest marketing technology and data analysis trends. Life at OnLogic
. Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in a marketing data analyst role, with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Expertise in building and maintaining scalable marketing reports and dashboards using a variety of tools, including business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools such as PowerBI. Experience with data lakes (BigQuery). Experience with Google Analytics. Strong proficiency in
SQL and DAX as the primary query languages. Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and scripting languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R). Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Satisfactory completion of a background check. Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Who we're looking for:
Experience training and mentoring marketing teams on data analysis techniques and best practices. A strong understanding of marketing principles, including customer segmentation, campaign planning, and performance measurement. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
