Senior Business Systems Analyst
to join our
Marketing Automation team . This role is onsite in
San Jose, CA , at least three days a week. Reporting to the
Senior Manager, Marketing Automation , you will be responsible for: Serving as a trusted advisor between marketing, IT, and other business units to transform high-level goals into technical solutions that drive cross-functional outcomes. Implementing and optimizing technologies like CRM and marketing platforms to enhance cross-departmental efficiencies. Performing business analyses to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and recommend strategic solutions within marketing and cross-functional processes. Leading cross-functional teams to execute scalable, impactful enterprise solutions with clear deliverables and regular stakeholder communication. Ensuring the seamless integration of cross-platform systems, with IT support, for data consistency and streamlined processes.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or Solutions Architect, supporting Salesforce and marketing platforms. 5+ years of experience managing and implementing marketing-related technologies, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and business analytics solutions. Strong skills in business analysis, problem-solving, and designing scalable, sustainable technical processes for cross-department workflows. Experience leading system integration or design projects, particularly with tools like Salesforce, MarTech, and GTM applications. Proficiency in storytelling with data visualization tools such as Salesforce and Tableau, with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Proficiency in SQL for running queries and audits. In-depth experience with MarTech tools and Salesforce CRM specifically. Familiarity with "lead-to-opportunity" processes across marketing and sales.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits. Base Pay Range $105,000—$150,000 USD
