Position Summary
The Digital Marketing & Operations Manager plays a vital role in executing HBK's digital marketing strategy and supporting marketing operations initiatives. This position is responsible for implementing digital campaigns, managing marketing automation, analyzing performance data, and ensuring effective lead generation and nurturing programs. The role requires both technical and strategic skills to drive digital engagement and support the firm's growth objectives.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media or related field 6-8 years of digital marketing experience Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) Demonstrated success in digital campaign management Experience with digital analytics and reporting Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices Strong data analysis capabilities Project management experience Preferred Qualifications
Professional services industry marketing experience HubSpot certifications Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Experience with ClearlyRated platform Understanding of financial services or accounting industry Marketing operations background Familiarity with Introhive or similar platforms Essential Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management (35%)
Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns Manage paid search and display advertising initiatives Implement email marketing campaigns and automation Create and optimize landing pages Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance Track campaign metrics and ROI Manage digital marketing budget Recommend optimizations based on performance data Support SEO strategy implementation Marketing Automation (30%)
Administer HubSpot platform and serve as primary power user Build and maintain email workflows and nurture sequences Implement lead scoring methodology Manage contact database and segmentation Create automated journeys and triggers Develop and optimize forms and landing pages Configure and maintain integrations Train team members on automation capabilities Document processes and best practices Analytics & Reporting (20%)
Create weekly and monthly digital performance reports Track key performance indicators across digital channels Monitor campaign metrics and conversion rates Analyze digital engagement and behavior patterns Maintain marketing dashboards Develop attribution reports Provide data-driven recommendations Support ROI analysis of marketing initiatives Identify trends and opportunities Technical Support (15%)
