Beauvais Rehab & Healthcare center is a skilled nursing community that strives to provide clinical excellence and compassionate care to our residents, and we are looking for a Marketing Director!
Position Overview
The Marketing Director is responsible for driving top line revenue for the community by maintaining and exceeding budgeted average daily census and per revenue targets. This includes oversight of external marketing efforts, direct selling, lead generation, and the overall sales performance for the Nursing Home Center.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
- Function as a member of the leadership team to support and promote the vision, mission, and culture of the company.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Accountable for direct selling, achieving quotas/ratios, and maintaining personal lead database.
- Support and motivate team members to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue goals established by the company.
- Ensure the product, services, and fee structure are accurately represented.
- Develop and implement strategic monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans in cooperation with the Executive Regional Director of Business Development.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings with supervisor, Administrator, sales team, and other directors to discuss prospects, visit agendas, event planning, performance expectations, sales strategies, marketing planning, and success celebrations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all competitors, services provided, rates, and an updated competitive analysis.
- Provide open, honest, and candid conversations with supervisor and home office on roadblocks or areas of concern.
- Responsible for the supervision, effectiveness, and accountability of outside business development activities.
- Attend all required community in-service trainings and participate in company training programs both online and in person as required.
- Continue to develop job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities by participating in continuing educational opportunities for personal growth and development.
- Implement individual goals and targets for the sales team, regarding number of calls per day, follow-up timelines, closing ratios, call and outreach blitzes, in conjunction with community and company standards and needs.
- Perform other duties as requested and assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
What We Expect From You
- Combination of education and/or experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university, with major work in marketing or related field.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence (and liability insurance) to use personal vehicle for marketing travel.
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible work experience in a skilled nursing facility's admissions and marketing position.

- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and possess excellent written/verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and train on the systems and processes.
- Ability to explain current monthly service fee structure and basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner, demonstrating patience and compassion.
- Must be a self-starter, attentive to detail, and possess excellent organization skills.
- Ability to manage, supervise, coach, and motivate others and build teams.
- Effective sales, leadership, and presentation skills including public speaking and group presentations.
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and utilize Yardi Lead Management software.
