About This Role:
The Data Analyst, Marketing and Operations at USALLIANCE Financial will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across our organization. This individual will leverage technical expertise and analytical acumen to optimize marketing strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation. This position will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance stakeholders to uncover actionable insights, understand member behavior, and propose solutions for an exceptional member experience across the board. This individual will need to be able to integrate data from diverse sources and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders using quantitative analysis and advanced data modeling to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities Proactively identify gaps/problems in our customer/member journey using advanced data and analytics techniques to propose business solutions; conduct exploratory analyses to investigate specific business questions or hypotheses Participate in the design and delivery of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key marketing and business decisions Provide knowledge of the sales cycle for mid-funnel engagements to provide analytics support and recommendations to the marketing team to optimize performance and drive mid-funnel engagement and down-stream conversions Analyze, interpret, import/export, and manipulate data across various sources, including BI and DNA Core database Develop and deploy predictive models for member/customer segmentation, message personalization, and product recommendation systems Combine/integrate new data sources and be able to craft new narratives based on the data Contribute and grow the culture of data excellence on our team by bringing mature empathy, best practices, and processes to our organization Respond to ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner Perform other duties as assigned Who you are:
A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or related technical field 3+ years of experience in related analytical, data science or consulting background Demonstrated experience supporting partners in finance, marketing, operations etc. Previous experience in developing, implementing, and refining core marketing measurement frameworks and models, including attribution, churn, CLV, return on investment, experiment methodology, and segmentation Strong SQL skills with proven competencies in designing data models, optimizing for query performance, and clearly documenting code Programming skills in Python, R, or a similar programming language Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence, Power BI, or similar visualization/business intelligence platform(s); experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing preferred Ability to understand, measure, and empathize with the member's journey Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex topics to non-technical audiences; ability to translate data insights into actional business recommendations Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills What We Offer:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary/hourly range for this position is
$75,190.00 - $101,970.00 , exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
