Job Description
ROLE: Graphic Designer
ROLE DEFINITION: The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Regional Brand Team and Hotel Marketing Manager to conceptualize, create, and complete designs/artwork, delivering the highest quality work, whilst meeting tight deadlines.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Developing and delivering high-quality graphic design for print and digital channels.
- Adapt creative concepts for different materials, mediums and channels, while remaining consistent with Rixos Hotels brand guidelines/standards as well as the specific brand positioning for the hotel.
- The conceptualization, art direction, and design of artwork/collateral, including brochures, factsheets, EDMs, website content, motion graphics, social posts, menus, display ads, signage, screen displays, and all other marketing collateral.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of both design and hospitality software, technologies, trends and updates.
- Liaise with printers, suppliers, and production companies to ensure accuracy and high-quality printed materials.
- Work closely with the brand team and other graphic designers to conceptualize ideas and execute them accordingly.
- Ensure all artwork is submitted within a given deadline.
- Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
- Support all departments with design requests and execution within a given deadline.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Experience with hospitality/F&B design is preferred.
- Ability to adapt style and technique to align with the different properties.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with project management software, such as Trello.
