Our client is a respected integrated media company that supports their marketing communication projects. They are looking to add a
Graphic Designer
to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $75k - $95k + Benefits Position Overview: The Graphic designer will develop design solutions across multimedia channels such as brand & visual development, marketing campaigns, presentations, print & tradeshow materials. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to design solutions that meet business objectives and goals. Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:
The Graphic Designer will develop creative concepts for fully integrated marketing campaigns, including branding, digital, website, presentations, print, and events.
Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables and adhere to established brand guidelines.
Proficient in leveraging AI software and tools to solve creative problems, scale variation, and increase velocity.
Present design concepts and effectively communicate design rationale.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for a variety of ongoing projects simultaneously, and have great time and project management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
Stay abreast of design trends & industry best practices, including an understanding of AI design principles.
Required Experience/Skills for the Graphic Designer:
4 - 7 years of design experience in an agency or in-house brand.
Must have a strong portfolio showcasing branding & multimedia campaigns.
Adobe Creative Suite proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Motion design experience with AfterEffects or Premier Pro.
Strong visual communication skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and motion design.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop & execute design concepts.
Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Ability to adapt design style to a variety of design marketing brief objectives.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Graphic Designer:
Design experience in Figma & AI design software.
Presentation design experience in PowerPoint or Keynote.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Design certification is preferred, but not required.
