Job Description
Occupational Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Communication Intern to support our Communication Team while also assisting in other activities within HR. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communication, employer branding, and HR operations. The intern will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and contribute to enhancing internal and external communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Team Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
• Assist in developing and executing internal and external communication campaigns.
• Create content for newsletters, company intranet, digital signage and other communication channels.
• Assist in updating the company intranet with relevant news and content.
• Support coordination of company events, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
• Design presentations, flyers, and other communication materials.
HR Responsibilities (Internship Program Management)
• Support the HR team in coordinating the internship program, including scheduling events and onboarding activities.
• Assist in tracking intern performance and engagement through feedback collection.
• Organize networking sessions and learning opportunities for interns.
• Assist in maintaining intern records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in HR and corporate communication best practices.
