Marketing Liaison - Located in Brooklyn, NY - SNF/LTC

Salary: $55K-$110K range; based on experience/facility
Description of the Marketing Liaison Someone to go to the Hospital and meet with Case Managers.
Will also be out expanding the name and meeting with other people in the community.
Seeing residents, meeting with discharge planners, responding to referrals, and setting appointments for the Administrator and/or DON to meet with Doctors, discharge planners, and Case Managers.
Qualifications of the Marketing Liaison: Must have prior nursing home marketing experience.
Must have connections to local hospitals.
Must have experience in long-term care.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
