Salary Structure:

Base + Industry Best Commission

Frontpoint offers the most competitive compensation structure in the metroplex. Our structure also includes commission on Medicare Advantage and for non-Medicare patients.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, high-performing, and experienced Home Health Marketer to join our fast-growing team. The Home Health Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our home health services to potential clients and referral sources.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home health services.
2. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
3. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care is provided to clients.
4. Participate in community events and activities to promote home health services.
5. Track and report on marketing activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Home Health Marketer.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Knowledge of home health regulations and reimbursement.
6. Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
