Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and trips to our stores.Plan engaging, personalized, and segmented email journeys tailored to different audience segments.Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including content creation, design, scheduling, testing, deployment, and analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional and marketing teams to align email marketing efforts with business goals, objectives, and campaigns.A/B test different email elements (subject lines, content, design) to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Continuously monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign performance.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement.Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices." Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.3-5 years proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar industry or environment.Strong understanding and experience with email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving KPIs.Proficiency with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
