Marketing Events Project Manager, Planning & Reporting
to join their Shared Services and Operational Excellence team to keep work moving forward.In this role, your focus will be in metrics and reporting; you must have the ability to demonstrate superior collaboration and project management skills, and be an incredibly organized, conscientious multitasker with excellent communication skills. You will support the team with tracking, reporting, and analysis. To be impactful in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with a high level of attention to detail and a passion for measuring results and impact - and able to tell the story with context. Ability to travel onsite to events, with some weekend travel, may be required.Work Location:
Remote - anywhere in the US/PST, MST, CST are preferred/Have lots of travel regarding eventsDuration:
18 months contractPay Range:
$75/hr to $90/hrResponsibilities:Main focus will be in metrics and reportingAssist with scrubbing data and pulling key metrics for various reportsCollaborate with data analysts to synthesize data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improving customer experiencesBuild and deploy complex surveys for capturing event feedback and customer insightsCompile and organize data gathered from surveys and present the results to program leadsAssist with the development and distribution of company-wide announcementsAssist with preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that highlight key insights, significant business impact, and actionable recommendationsProofread and provide suggestions for improving various documents including but not limited to checklists, how-to guides, and post event reportsPrepare presentations that help translate ideas and data into insights and actionQualifications:7 to 10 years
work experienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, data science, or related fieldStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsIt’s a
data metrics marketing role . Somebody who has marketing & events background, working with data & its resultsExperience in
data metrics, planning
and
reportingProficient in data tools such as
Google Sheets/Excel, Qualtrics, and TableauMetric numbers driven with an
event marketing background
& Well-versed in
event-specific metricsExperience with
SalesforceNot Managing Events!!!
Somebody who works with events & understands events with data in the background to understand what the results are. Event metrics- knows and works in events. Metrics and Analytics, reporting and storytelling about the number in comparison to how the event wentKeen eye for detailLarger & massive events with any
