Currently, Apex supports about 50 leading market area brands nationwide. We seek a dynamic, data-driven SEO / Site Content Analyst to join our digital team focused on a specific Apex region. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this role is key to implementing our website strategy and optimizing our online properties to enhance performance across customer journeys and strengthen partner connections.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and innovative SEO & Website Optimization Analyst to develop and execute strategies that drive organic growth and conversions across the Apex regional websites. Responsibilities include implementing SEO strategies, executing testing programs, and leveraging customer insights to maximize conversions and support our operating partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute SEO / Website Optimization Strategy : Implement strategies focusing on site performance, E.E.A.T. compliance, core web vitals, and technical on-page and off-page opportunities to improve metrics.
- Conversion Rate Optimization : Design and run A / B and multivariate tests, use heatmapping tools to gather user insights, and inform testing roadmaps to increase conversions.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting : Use tools like GA4 to monitor SEO metrics, keyword rankings, and content performance. Create reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Industry & Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of CMS platforms (especially WordPress / Elementor), hosting, SSL, server architecture, and compliance with ADA, TCPA, and privacy policies.
- Collaboration and Coordination : Work with digital marketing teams (SEM, Email, Social, Brand) and IT to manage domains, ensure uptime, and maintain security.
- Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep updated on SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends, including AI's role in content and SEO.
- Capture Best Practices : Follow SEO / website standards, conduct site audits, and ensure consistency and quality of execution.
- Local Brand Support : Support local brands with websites that reflect their personality and community ties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, digital media, or related.
- 3+ years in SEO, website optimization, and A / B testing.
- Knowledge of SEO trends and UX / UI best practices.
- Strong grasp of website design principles and conversion roles.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing website agencies is a plus.
Role Requirements
- Full-time role based in Irving-Las Colinas, TX.
- Work in-office 4 days a week, with Wednesdays optional remote.
