Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time for business reasons.]Support marketing managers during client meetings by capturing notes, documenting strategy and ensuring appropriate follow-through.Contribute to the ideation and execution of digital, print, event and multimedia marketing campaigns.Monitor marketing projects and individual tasks to track progress and maintain alignment with team objectives and timelines.Coordinate with creative, digital and account management teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual marketing insights reports.Conduct client intake consultations to gather goals, preferences and brand identity; summarize and deliver findings to key stakeholders.Work with the marketing team to streamline and optimize campaigns.Assist in reviewing marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality and a positive user experience.Qualifications:Minimum Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fieldHands-on experience utilizing social mediaPrior Digital Marketing Experience a plusExperience with Direct-to-Consumer brands is a plusExperience in insurance, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries is a plusKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent time management, organization and communication skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with digital content management systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
