Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support global brand and marketing teams by managing inventory levels for marketing deliverables on the company’s website platform. The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized individual who can execute tasks efficiently and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor inventory levels for marketing deliverables on the website platform
• Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to accurately complete marketing requests
• Create Excel spreadsheets from system-generated reports to analyze data and forecast business needs
• Develop a deep understanding of digital platforms and tools used for marketing operations
• Provide operational support for marketing activities as needed
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of marketing deliverables and materials
• Ensure timely completion of all marketing requests and projects
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create basic formula spreadsheets and manage data
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems
• Ability to visualize, create, and edit Adobe PDF documents (preferred)
• At least 4 years of experience in a marketing or project management role, with a focus on content management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English fluently
• Understanding of Client's brand standards, policies, and AdvaMed code of ethics
• Ability to work collaboratively within inter-departmental teams and with external suppliers/vendors
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional and tactful manner
• Adherence to company rules, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in the medical device industry
