Ascedia is seeking a
Digital Marketing Director
to join our growing team. We are looking for a driven, curious digital marketing professional with a desire to lead, learn and grow in a supportive, employee-first work environment. As a Digital Marketing Director, you will have an opportunity to drive strategy and execution for a diverse roster of sophisticated clients. You will play a central role in our marketing team - optimizing campaign performance while delivering quality client service. You will serve as our clients’ digital strategist and advocate, regularly delivering strategies and guidance that produce measurable results. At Ascedia, we focus on goals, method, and impact. Our approach is flexible but driven by strategy, collaboration, and validation. We are results-oriented and devoted to delivering positive business outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead digital marketing strategy and execution for our clients. Oversee a team of campaign managers to ensure maximum performance for clients. Collaborate with clients and teammates to develop effective digital marketing strategies that align with client goals. Outline roadmaps and action steps to drive results. Proactively seek out opportunities for improvement and present ideas to clients Create quality performance reporting that provides relevant data, insights, and recommendations. Be a great partner and advocate for our clients and their organizations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field. Experience leading marketing and/or paid search teams. 5+ years of experience in digital account management. Understanding of tactics including Search Engine Optimization, digital advertising, website optimizations, content strategy, email, etc. Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly analysis and measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and/or other tools to glean insights and assess performance. A high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
