KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive revenue (in-store and e-commerce), and promote product trials. Oversee the design and implementation of marketing collateral , both print and digital. Stay informed on food and grocery industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, product development, and marketing strategies that align with consumer interests. Manage all aspects of in-store promotions , including planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and reinforce brand positioning. Collaborate on product ideation , contributing to brainstorming, recipe writing, marketing collateral, and photography for meal kits and new product launches. Ensure brand consistency by managing and creating Kitchen & Market’s branding and labeling standards across all products. Write and manage internal and external communications , including marketing newsletters, social media content, company updates, PR outreach, product education, and community engagement. Plan and oversee in-store and community events in collaboration with the event coordinator to increase foot traffic, revenue, and brand awareness while maintaining budget efficiency. Manage the company’s social media platforms and website , ensuring a seamless customer experience and alignment with marketing goals. Work closely with Finance to track and maintain the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree preferred 5+ years of marketing experience preferred Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe/InDesign, and Shopify required Experience with digital marketing (organic and paid) and e-commerce required Retail, grocery, or restaurant marketing experience strongly preferred Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with creative teams, vendors, and external agencies Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Food & Beverages #J-18808-Ljbffr
