As the Digital Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end process of producing high-quality photo content, video content, and graphics — planning and executing shoots, creating compelling visual assets, and scheduling and managing content across multiple platforms. Your creative eye and organizational skills will ensure each of our four distinct brands is represented consistently and authentically, while engaging our followers and building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities- Content Creation (Photo & Video)
- Pre-Production
- Monitor the beer release calendar and upcoming brand initiatives to plan relevant content.
- Brainstorm, forecast trends, develop shot lists, and scout locations (taprooms, outdoor spots, local venues).
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary materials (labels, cans, boxes, merchandise, etc.).
- Source or shop for props and maintain an organized prop closet.
- Log expenses and mileage as needed.
- Shooting & Styling
- Set up on-location “studio spaces,” typically in taprooms, ensuring the area is staged and styled properly (props, glassware, product).
- Capture 3-5 distinct photos plus at least one video or reel per product.
- Vary content between studio, lifestyle, portrait, and landscape shots.
- Editing
- Edit and retouch photos according to established brand standards, using tools like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Remove imperfections, adjust colors, and finalize images for digital use.
- Save final files (JPG, MP4) in the shared Google Drive, organized by brand and content type.
- Pre-Production
- Content Creation (Graphics)
- Use Canva or Adobe Suite to design graphics for social media, events, and promotions.
- Ensure brand guidelines (fonts, colors, logos) are followed consistently for all four brands.
- Coordinate with marketing or general managers for existing artwork; resize and adapt as needed.
- Maintain organized files in the creative drive (Google Drive or Canva).
- Digital Content Scheduling & Publishing
- Schedule and publish Instagram and Facebook posts across multiple brand accounts using tools like Later.
- Plan and post Stories featuring food truck schedules, events, registration links, beer releases, and other timely updates.
- Upload Reels directly through Instagram to leverage trending audio.
- Social Media Community Management
- Monitor direct messages, comments, and brand mentions; respond promptly to questions and feedback.
- Interact with followers and relevant community profiles to build engagement.
- Communicate with internal teams (marketing, general managers, “models”) to coordinate shoot schedules, promotions, and brand happenings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and events teams to support broader campaigns and product launches.
- Partner with general managers to cover taproom events, create on-site content, and share real-time brand updates.
- Provide creative input and feedback on branding and overall storytelling.
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (hospitality, beverage, or consumer products a plus).
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in DSLR or mirrorless camera operation, lighting, and basic video production.
- Strong photo editing/graphic design skills (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.) and platform best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Comfort with basic file management in cloud-based systems like Google Drive.
- Soft Skills
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual composition abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work well with various teams and stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and a passion for craft beer, food, and local community.
- Must be 21+
