None PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Senior Manager is responsible for managing the ecommerce business and omnichannel initiatives by maximizing user experience and enhancing the online platform in line with the house ethos. Working closely with all departments, both in-house and external partners, they control and implement best practices end-to-end, from product selection to customer delivery and order follow-up. They oversee all aspects of the e-commerce business, including budgets, digital marketing, and CRM analysis, and will be key in implementing growth targets and strategies. OVERVIEW: Lead all website and marketplace activities, including site operations, driving traffic and online sales in collaboration with internal and external ecommerce partners. Develop new strategic initiatives to maximize sales. Manage budgets and meet targets on the website; research and implement new technological solutions; forecast and define KPIs across key channels. Initiate and manage strategic front- and back-end developments and workflows to improve processes, efficiency, and trade. Oversee day-to-day website tasks such as merchandising, customer experience, AB Testing, product uploads, onsite sales, and promotions, including relevant communication strategies. Manage digital marketing agencies and activities to develop and execute strategies and online initiatives (PPC), optimizing SEO and SEM. Maintain a clear master content calendar for the brand’s digital presence; coordinate timelines with digital agencies, web developers, and graphic designers to ensure timely delivery of content. Ensure all creative messaging aligns with brand values and that digital assets are activated within set timelines. Manage product and creative copy, optimized for SEO, marketing, and CRM initiatives to boost LTV and customer acquisition. Analyze and report on weekly, monthly, and seasonal e-commerce trade and sales performance; use insights to transform data into actionable strategies. Oversee on-site product merchandising, ensuring all product attributes are accurate and complete. Provide digital marketing support, including updates to marketing calendars and internal asset requests for both brand and wholesale clients. Support the marketing initiatives of the Chicago boutique, manage their calendar of events, and coordinate marketing toolkits for execution. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Expertise in digital marketing, with experience managing multiple external resources and agencies to implement and deliver digital marketing plans. At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce/online marketing. Innovative, energetic, and strategic in developing online marketing strategies to achieve sales across platforms. A well-rounded e-commerce marketer with technical understanding. Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in acquisition marketing, email, and search (both paid and organic) is essential. Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities and paces. Experience with Shopify+ and Klaviyo is a plus.
