We are seeking a skilled content editor for a 3-month, permanent contract position to help manage a busy pipeline of editorial projects in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities Edit and proofread a variety of content, ensuring alignment with a specific, detailed style guide. Content types include: Articles Invitations Short-form editorial content Press releases Podcast descriptions Maintain organizational control over incoming content requests and prioritize tasks effectively. Collaborate with the team and adapt quickly to the existing processes and workflows. Take initiative to manage editing requests independently if needed. Uphold the quality, structure, and tone of all content to ensure it meets brand standards.

Key Qualifications Editing Expertise: Strong background in editing with excellent attention to detail. Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-moving environment. Proactive Attitude: Willing to take initiative and manage requests confidently. Familiarity with Style Guides: Ability to quickly learn and apply a new style guide, even if unfamiliar at first.
