Develops lifecycle marketing programs that improve at-risk customer retention and increase their lifetime valueBalances marketing, analytical thinking, and operations, along with an ability to work independently to deliver results in a highly visible roleOwns the development of customer segmentation based on tenure and engagement trends, and develops lifecycle strategy focused on at-risk customersPartners with the data team to evolve how we segment target audiences, quantifies the retention opportunity at key customer lifecycle segments, and ensures that our offers and tactics are optimizing customer LTVCollaborates cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Marketing, Product, Content, and Channel teams to develop and execute roadmap of lifecycle programs that retain our customersAutomates targeted marketing journeys across channels (email, on-device) using CRM toolsDevelops learning agenda and utilizes A/B testing to optimize messaging, offer, placement, and creative in the US. Shares learnings with global teams and drives adoption of the lifecycle playbook globallyTracks performance metrics, and provides regular reporting and analysis to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvementConducts experiments to understand how companion devices (for e.g., soundbars) fit into the customer lifecycleInvestigates and tests other incentives (for e.g., digital credits) to use as promotional currency in lifecycle programsIncorporates lifecycle tactics within the broader tentpole campaigns in partnership with the marketing teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingExperience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
