As an
Event Promotions Specialist , you will be responsible for promoting and executing live events aimed at building brand presence, engaging audiences, and generating buzz for our clients. This entry-level position offers ample opportunities for growth and development as you build skills in marketing, public relations, and event management. Event Promotion & Execution:
Assist in planning and executing live events, ensuring smooth operation and maximum engagement. Promote brands through in-person interactions, product demonstrations, and customer engagement strategies. Marketing Campaign Support:
Help develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, both at events and across platforms. Use marketing materials to ensure brand consistency. Client & Public Relations:
Engage with clients, vendors, and customers to represent the brand positively. Build lasting relationships and provide excellent customer service at events. Event Logistics:
Assist with organizing and managing event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and event-day coordination. Ensure all event materials are prepared and distributed. Brand Advocacy:
Represent the brand's message and values clearly during events, acting as a brand ambassador. Market Research & Feedback:
Collect insights from attendees to evaluate the effectiveness of events and provide recommendations for future campaigns. Social Media & Content Creation:
Contribute to digital campaigns by creating content for social media, helping to increase engagement and event visibility. What We're Looking For: Strong Communication Skills:

No prior event or marketing experience required! We offer comprehensive training in event planning, marketing, and public relations. Education:
