Marketing Analytics Manager
to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the key analytics lead for our
direct mail acquisition
efforts — helping shape and optimize campaign strategy through data, reporting, and experimentation. You will work closely with marketing, finance, and analytics teams to forecast performance, evaluate results, and identify actionable insights that directly impact growth. Key Responsibilities Serve as the
primary analytics partner
for direct mail acquisition campaigns. Forecast acquisition volumes and accounts
before campaign launch. Monitor campaign performance in real time and evaluate results against forecasts. Conduct
post-campaign analyses
to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement. Develop and execute
A/B tests and campaign experiments
from design through final analysis. Query and analyze large datasets
using SQL and other tools to extract insights and drive decision-making. Collaborate with the broader
Marketing Analytics team
to design dashboards, build reports, and track key metrics. Translate complex data into clear,
actionable recommendations
for campaign optimization and long-term planning. Support new marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities through data. Manage multiple projects
simultaneously, staying organized and meeting tight deadlines. Qualifications Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience analyzing
large-scale direct mail campaigns
(millions of mailers monthly). Strong proficiency in
SQL
— this is a critical skill. Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with
Microsoft O365 . Strong working knowledge of
A/B testing
and experimentation methodologies. Familiarity with
data visualization tools
like
Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau . Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Passion for analytics and turning data into strategy. Preferred: Experience with
Snowflake
or similar cloud data warehousing solutions. Working knowledge of
Python or R
for advanced statistical analysis. Background in
financial services or institutions
