Reporting to the VP of Creative Services, the
Senior Marketing Project Manager
is an exempt, full-time role responsible for leading the execution of key program initiatives and product launches across the Creative and Marketing team. Core responsibilities include resource allocation, brief alignment, timeline, and workflow management, cross-functional collaboration, freelance/vendor coordination, and ensuring high-quality execution across all deliverables. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to align on strategy, plan effectively, and manage execution across a variety of marketing channels. The Senior Marketing Project Manager will be instrumental in driving efficiency, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring all initiatives are completed on time and to standard. This role is on-site, Monday-Friday, in our
San Francisco
office . Nothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Primary Job Functions
Traffic and manage all incoming project requests from intake through final approval. Drive the implementation of high-volume marketing channel deliverables, including owned email, paid email, and direct mail. Experience in paid media, organic social, in club displays (print and digital), and website is a plus. Manage and prioritize the execution of project requests and allocate resources as needed. Develop project schedules that include marketing and creative tasks and ensure on-time delivery of marketing materials. Advise team leads and stakeholders on key milestones, project updates, and forecast risks throughout the project lifecycle. Drive the approval process through appropriate channels to meet project objectives and timelines. Lead project scheduling to prevent last-minute rushes and keep project owners updated. Identify team needs regarding process, tools, documentation, asset management, etc., and implement or drive as required. Serve as a key subject matter expert of our project management tool, with a strong sense of expertise. Manage communication back to teams, representing project status and updates. Partner with teams to gather requirements for campaign deliverables to aid design and production logistics. Provide clear communication to cross-functional teams and senior management regarding project status, resource needs, issues, and priorities. Proactively identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve them promptly. Interact professionally and effectively with senior management, managers, other associates, vendors, members, staff, and guests. Participate actively in required events, programs, meetings, and trainings. Ensure the TBCC mission and club brand are upheld in all operations. Represent the club professionally through appearance, communication, and follow-through. Collaborate with external resources to maintain effective working relationships.
