We are seeking a Social Media and Video Production Lead to manage our digital presence across various platforms. This role requires a passion for technology, a keen understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and mission.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social platforms.
Generate, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) that promotes our products and leads to measurable action.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence, brand visibility, and followers. This includes setting specific objectives to increase website traffic, customer engagement and conversions.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
Address customer service issues quickly and help manage the community on our behalf.
Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics on a regular basis to optimize content and inform our overall marketing strategy.
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and other relevant partners.
Develop campaigns and content collaborations that help extend our reach and visibility.
Stay updated on the latest in social media best practices, trends, and technologies, as well as industry developments.
Monitor and address any potential threats to our brand reputation on social media. This includes handling negative comments or reviews in a way that shows our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to reach a wider audience.
